Modern and cosy apartment, close to all services and Calell beach.

The accommodation offers free WiFi, centralised air conditioning (all rooms have climate control), and a parking space (3 minutes from the apartment), for a medium-sized vehicle.



Ideal apartment for families or couples. Its layout is as follows:

A responsible use of air conditioning is requested. It should not be left on if they are not in the apartment. All windows and balcony door must be closed when it is running.

Accommodation just 5 minutes walking from the beach, one of the best beaches on the coast.



Ideally located a step away from the town centre with very good restaurants, supermarkets and shops of all kinds in the surrounding area which can be reached on foot.



The area of the apartment is quiet, but at the same time close to all the animation and the centre of the town, which are less than 10 minutes walking.



Excellent location for walks in the town centre or along the lovely seafront promenade.



Ideal for coming without a car from anywhere in the world as it is very well connected.



The train station is located about 650 metres away, where you can take the train to Barcelona (approx. 1 hour) or Blanes (approx. 15 minutes)



THIS APARTMENT HAS CENTRALISED AIR CONDITIONING, WE REQUEST RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION. YOU HAVE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE 100 kWh/WEEK (15 kWh/DAY). EXTRA CONSUMPTION, 1.00 € /kWh.



Persons on the property:

· The apartment is rented in full for the exclusive use of guests.

· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of persons indicated in the property details, including adults and children.

· The property can only accommodate the number of persons in the booking and there cannot be more persons staying/visiting at the same time on the property.



CHECK-IN:

· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.

· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.



. The key collection is carried out in our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

. Option of key delivery at the accommodation with an additional cost of 20 euros to be paid at the time of key handover. This service must be requested in advance.

*Please note that there may be a delay at the time of key delivery at the accommodation, for reasons beyond Vivalidays' control.



. Option to collect the keys from a safety box in the town of Pineda de Mar at no cost. This service must be requested in advance and will be confirmed according to the availability of the small boxes.



Late arrival:

· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)

· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)

· Out of hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.



- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.



· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.



· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1.75€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.



. Deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.

In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer



Cleaning:

. The accommodation must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street containers before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.



Keys:

· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.

· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's tariff, to be charged on-site by the technician.



Rules:

· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.

In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.



· Pets are allowed. The cost is £6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights, the maximum cost per pet will be £42/booking.



IMPORTANT:

In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the guarantee deposit.



· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.



. Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.



. No beach towels are provided.
