The room I rented didn't have any windows, but otherwise was spacious and very nice. You need to contact staff to get into the building the first time and then they set you up with an app that allows you to access the building - very clever. Each bedroom has its own door code too, but mine wasn't very secure (easy to guess) and not changeable, I was told. I still felt relatively safe and apparently other rooms don't have this issue.
Kitchen space is shared, with most of the amenities you could want. An odd lack of spoons and one of the electric kettles was heavily calcified. I liked that there was a "free" bin where people could put food to share if they had too much.
Bathroom was clean, also shared.

You have to have your phone at all times. Try to remember all the codes to open doors.
Kitchen very clean, bathrooms are clean.
Living room, nobody knows how to switch channels. No guide.

I sent you guys a video of the lack of privacy we had and they kicked me out the next day three days earlier after I sent you guys the video I would like sone sort of refund they used a excuse if I took peoples food out of the fridge

What a great accommodation in Calgary! Spacious and clean living room and kitchen, TV, and private room, kindful staff. It was good experience. I'll stay there if I visit Calgary again
