no elevator and put us in 4th floor. beddings are ripped.

Elavator was bad ,no prior notice until I got to the hotel and had to take stairs to the 6th floor.Unlike other hotels who will compensate, Holiday inn didn't although i was apologized to at the reception

All good the staff members so helpful and girl was en charge of the breakfast very helpful and with the smile and very nice over all . We do need people liked you liked that around the world . Regards

Rooms were clean- hotel under renovations - no notation of this in website or Expedia- 2 floors closed off and elevators out of service

The fact that the hotel is charging full price for rooms and not disclosing that the hotel is very much under construction is incomprehensible. We were on the 6th floor and there was no working elevator, and there was even construction right next to the breakfast area.
