the home was beautiful but the communication with the host was awful. it was full of automated messages that seemed like they were coming from multiple people due to the repetition. then when I had concerns, including a major problem with being locked out of our basement section the night before checking out, there was no answer on the vrbo app and the hosts emergency phone was off so it was useless to call.

Memorable Calgary

Incredible experience and host. I would have given it more stars, if there was an option. We truly appreciated thoughtfulness of the host across the whole property. Will definitely look up the availability, next time we will visit Calgary.
