The room was dirty, shower curtain dirty and ripped , towels has stains on them, no breakfast like advertised, lots of drug and prostitution in back of building it was awful worst place I’ve ever stayed would not recommend to anyone then I booked on line when I got there they told me they would not take anymore money off my card and took another 100 dollars that they said would be refunded to me that I did not get a refund for and was supposed to get refunded for the two night we did not stay that I paid for still did not get that money back yet. The people at the front desk didn’t know what they were doing, the manager was never available it was so bad there I booked 3 nights and stayed one a see left. NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Awful place to stay!

I rarely write bad reviews.. so I will start out by saying the person who was there was very helpful, but everything else about my experience was not good. The room was dirty, used tissue on the floor, pile of bugs in the corner and glitter and dirt on one of the beds. The entire floor was 90+ degrees, and the air was turned off in the room, so when I entered it was that hot. The TV didn't work, I couldn't call out on the phone, and the latch didn't work. As a solo female, I wasn't staying in a room where the latch didn't work, so I asked to switch rooms. The person at the desk was helpful and gave me a new room, which was better, but still 90+ degrees upon entering, and at that point I was trying to sleep, so I had to wait a good hour for the room to cool enough to be comfortable. It seems the rooms have been remodeled, but it is still definitely lacking. There was also no breakfast as advertised.. and maybe I left too early, but there was no one at the front desk when I left to ask. Aside from the broken latch, it felt relatively safe.
