Only issue we had was parking if you did not get to the hotel early in the evening due to huge trucks and your buses there were no parking spots anywhere near, we would have to walk a while. Also on night one someone had a 2yo running in hallway completely alone screaming and crying at almost midnight we held the child and my husband called the front desk. Maybe they were confused on what was happening but it took a long time to come to us, also when we found out where the child belonged there was something strange going on in the room I felt as tho the police should’ve been called, the staff assured me they would be however we found out they were not that was the only issues. Hotel was clean staff really nice food great, just think maybe they need more training on what to do with an emergency and maybe have parking for large trucks and your buses in a separate area
