The B & b S. Elia located in Caltanissetta in the heart of Sicily, very close to the Sicilian mining basin and the nature reserves, is a few steps from the city, in Viale Luigi Monaco along which the S. Elia hospital, the Cefpas which houses the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and the Vocational Training Center.
Located in a strategic point close to the main Sicilian tourism destinations. It is located inside a large villa immersed in an extraordinarily beautiful and varied countryside next to the splendid historic Dubini park in the area that was the summer residence of the Testasecca counts.
It is the ideal stay for those who love being outdoors surrounded by nature in a welcoming family atmosphere, for cyclists, hikers and tourists.
Inside the villa there is a wide availability of parking space and the building is surrounded by a well-kept garden, with oranges, lemons and other plants that give off the typical scents of Sicily. The area is served by urban buses N. 1 and N. 4 which connect it, in very short intervals, with the historic center, with the railway station and with the bus station.
The villa is fully furnished and equipped, equipped with independent heating with dual power supply and water heaters. In a corner of the garden there is a stone oven and a barbecue as well as a well-equipped playground for children with slide and swing; inside the villa there is also the possibility to play table tennis for free, rent bikes (mountain bikes) at very low prices and in the internal rooms there are several reading corners with many interesting books to read during the stay available to guests. The 5 rooms of the Bed & Breakfast are distinguished by color: blue, green, yellow and on the third floor of the villa there are the 2 pink and wisteria suite rooms that enjoy a splendid view of the immense green Park of Dubini, equipped with an outdoor living room with reading corner. The rooms are double, triple, quadruple, and double single use. Both the equipped dining room and the 3 arcades are available for guests' breakfast. In particular, we recommend having breakfast on the main porch, located right in front of the Dubini Park or under the gazebo furnished with tables and chairs, to better enjoy the beauty of the landscape and the sweetness of the climate.
The property was completely renovated in January 2008.
