Fioretti Home - A 10 km da Benevento

Fioretti Home is an 80-square-meter apartment located in the centre of Calvi, a location that puts all the main amenities within easy reach. The apartment is spacious, bright, and features an open-concept layout; the layout has been designed to create well-defined and distinct sleeping areas, which, despite having no interior doors, ensure a functional division of space and an airy, open atmosphere. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, thanks to one area with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a pellet stove for maximum comfort in every season. For those travelling by motorcycle, there is a convenient indoor parking area located just 50 metres from the property. Breakfast is included in your stay and features a selection of packaged items such as croissants, rusks, cookies, single-serving portions of Nutella and jam, as well as fruit juices.

The location is extremely convenient: there’s a local market right across the street, and within a 50-meter radius, you’ll find a tobacco shop, post office, bank, pharmacy, café, and a bus stop. The main square is just a short walk away. Fioretti Home is also a strategic base for those travelling by car, located just 6 km from the A16 Naples-Canosa highway exit, 10 km from Benevento, just 1 km from San Giorgio del Sannio, and 25 minutes from Pietrelcina, the birthplace of Padre Pio.
Please be so kind as to turn off the air conditioning every time you leave the property or your room, in order to avoid unnecessary energy waste and help protect the environment. Thank you for your cooperation.
