RUSTIC CHIARA, inserted in the green hills of Camaiore

Quiet location, at about 250 m asl, not far from the beaches of Versilia, the Rustico has a large enclosed garden with a lovely gazebo for outdoor dining. The furniture is pleasant and the fireplace gives the house a unique charm. Il Rustico is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday. The floor is in terracotta and wood, exposed beams.
The ground floor houses the living area, of about 40 square meters, comprising a large living room, divided between lounge, dining room and cooking area. Upper floor houses the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom, two single bedrooms, with panoramic views of the hills and a glimpse of the sea. An extra bed for children <3 years is available on request. In the bathroom: sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle, hot water system.
The cooking area is equipped with a 3-burner hob, fridge, toast, oven, two-bowl sink.

Nice house in the mountains
We had a very pleasant stay. The owner was very friendly and spoke good english. The house was very clean and had everything you need (including mosquito nets, litter service, wash machine, television, WLAN,...). The garden is very nice. We liked to eat outside.

Auf geht`s - Hinfahren
Zum ersten Mal in der Toscana und damit unsicher, wohin es uns verschlagen würde, können wir über Alles gesehen nur Positiv über unseren Urlaub berichten. Ferienhaus: Lage in den Ausläufern des Gebirges, das Haus selbst mit allem darum herum war wunderschön und absolut empfehlenswert (wer seine Ruhe haben will und Natur genießen möchte). Ja, den kleinen Hund und sein Gebell in der Nachbarschaft durften wir auch genießen. Hat aber nicht groß gestört. Die Kombi Berge + Meer - alles in Reichweite (zum Meer ca. 14 km) erlaubte an einem Tag Wandern + Schwimmen. In der Nähe wunderschöne Städtchen + Dörfer >> Hinfahren!!

Authentiek toscaans huisje
Eenvoudig, rustig en compleet huisje met mooie tuin en prachtig uitzicht. Schoon en verzorgd, vriendelijke eigenaar. Bereikbaar via een smalle weg omhoog de berg op, het is niet mogelijk voor de deur te parkeren.

Séjour agréable dans une très jolie maison située dans un endroit très escarpé
La maison et son jardin sont très agréables et Gabriele et très accueillant . La région près de Lucca est riche de sites à découvrir, de merveilleux paysages, et proche de la mer. Petit bémol cependant : l'endroit est difficile d'accès et il n'y a pas d'endroit pour garer sa voiture près de la maison. C'est un peu sportif pour y accéder. De plus, le voisin direct et son chien sont un peu bruyants. Sinon, tout était parfait et magnifique.

Ein sehr schönes Haus
Das Haus ist wirkkich schön und sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern. Es war alles da, was man gebraucht hat, sogar eine Küchenwaage und ein Meßbecher. Der Vermieter war auch sehr nett und sehr hilfbereit. Parken konnte man nicht direkt am Haus, aber ca 100 m den Hügel runter. Die Strasse zum Haus war ein kleines Abenteuer, weil die Strasse eher eng ist, aber die Autos haben sich gut arrangiert. Der Strand von Viareggio ist sehr schön und sauber. Für 2 Liegen und einen Schirm haben wir 20 Euro bezahlt. Gegenüber auf dem Grundstück, war ein kleiner Hund, der seine Wachhund Aufgabe manchmal etwas zu ernst genommen hat und an manchen Tagen mehr und an anderen Tagen weniger gebellt hat. Aber im großen und ganzen, war es sehr schön.

Traumhaftes Haus in den Bergen
Der Urlaub im Juli 2019 war großartig für uns. Das Haus, welches hoch oben im Berg liegt, ist genau das Richtige für alle die, die Ruhe genießen wollen. Nach anstrengenden Besichtigungstouren freut man sich auf das gemütliche Heim. Es ist sehr sauber, die Besitzer sind sehr lieb und standen für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir können dieses Häuschen nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Unieke omgeving
Mooie authentieke vakantiewoning gelegen in een prachtige groene bergachtige omgeving. Gastvrije ontvangst door de eigenaars. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd en alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig! Fijne tuin met zon en schaduw plaatsen die volledig omheind is. Enige minpuntje is het regelmatige keffen van een klein hondje van de overburen, waardoor de rust enigszins verstoord werd. Ondanks dat hebben we een heerlijke tijd gehad!

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus
Das Haus ist mit vielen Details liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Anfahrt auf den sehr schmalen Straßen erfordert gute Fahrkenntnisse. Gut ist die Parkmöglichkeit für größere Autos etwa 200m unterhalb des Hauses. Die Lage in den Hügeln ist schön und das Meer ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die erste Nacht war leider bis in den frühen Morgen sehr laut durch andere Feriengäste in der Nachbarschaft, die ihren kläffenden Hund direkt gegenüber im Garten frei laufen ließen. Nach deren Abreise war alles prima und wir konnten zum Glück erholt schlafen. Das Vermieterehepaar hat sich für dieses Problem entschuldigt und war auch sonst sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. Sie sprechen nur wenig Englisch, aber die Verständigung hat trotzdem ganz gut geklappt. Wir denken noch gerne an die Zeit in dem hübschen Haus zurück.

Fijn en rustig gelegen huis met ruime tuin.
We hebben hier samen met onze 2 kinderen een hele fijne vakantie gehad. Het huis is ruim en rustig gelegen met 3 slaapkamers, badkamer, keuken en een ruime tuin met privacy. Wij vonden het een heerlijke plek om een deel van Toscane en Ligurië te ontdekken en de avonden door te brengen in de tuin met een glas wijn. De weg naar het huis is smal en je kan de auto niet naast het huis parkeren (er is een parkeerterrein ca 150 meter van het huis af) maar als je de auto in de bocht onder het huis strak tegen de vangrail zet heeft niemand er last van en je staat er een stuk dichterbij. Stranden zijn vooral prive waar je 2 bedden en een parasol voor 35 euro kunt huren. Een groter publieke strand is te vinden aan de Viale Europa in Viareggio.
