*Duke has lowered the Lake for construction at the Wateree Hydro Station. The marina is not renting boats at this time and boats cannot be pulled up to our dock.
This home is located in the desirable area of Beaver Creek. Just a quick walk to restaurants/bars such as the Beaver's Den and the Riverdeck. Convenient access to rent a boat or jet ski for the day from Lake Wateree Marina. *Whether you are boating, swimming, kayaking, or hunting, enjoy the benefits of year round lake living.

We love Lake Wateree and needed a bigger home this trip and this fit our family of 6 perfectly. The view of the lake is beautiful with a quick 2 minute drive to the marina (or swim if you’re interested). The property was lovely with lots of shaded trees. The beds were super comfortable and everything felt clean and tidy.

Locely little lake house in excellent condition! Everything worked, super clean, great space to relax, hang out, enjoy lake. Close to food and convenience. Hosts always responded quickly and frankly it was just a super easy weekend. Thanks for letting us stay!

Beaver creek

This was our second stay here and we really like it. The house is in a great location on the lake is comfortable and has a great yard and dock.There is nice deck for sitting out and the house was clean and had all we needed for a great vacation with our grand children.We will be back again.

The kitchen and porch were not clean. We had to wash cups and pots prior to use. The porch looked like it had not been cleaned all winter. Grills were rusty & unusable. No umbrella available for the porch table as stated. You would think a cleaning crew would have come the day of check-in to clean off the porch and make sure everything was as it should be. We were only there a few nights so we didn’t bother contacting the Owner. However when we left I did point out these issues & offered pictures but never received a response. Quite disappointing since it’s a great location and cute place.

Beaver Creek cabin

Situated right on the lake with great deck and boat dock. Very peaceful and convenient to the town of Camden. The cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Hurricane retreat

We stayed at the lakehouse escaping tampa from hurricane milton. Was a nice change from the big city life. Perfect for everything we needed. Hayley was quick answering questions and we extended our stay another night

Cozy with everything you need nearby

I really like this place, it’s very cozy and is a great location on the lake. It’s within walking distance to the marina and also to a great restaurant called dock 97. The restaurant is open Thursday through Sunday and I highly recommend it.

This was most convenient location for us across the way from Wateree Marina. The relaxed atmosphere during early morning and evenings was beneficial to us all. We could not have asked for a better location, better facility,or dealings with the manager. We look forward to doing it again.
