Romantic HideAway in an Old Olive Grove - EcoTourism - Huge Pool

Podere Fulignano' is a beautiful old farm house complex which has been lovingly restored. It is situated in the middle of a 300 year old olive grove.
Casa Luciano is the smallest of the three house and offers a beautiful view over the pool and the lovely Tuscan Countryside.
The charming houses, which are mostly covered by wines and wisteria, are full of character with excellent quality furnishings and up-market fittings. Beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and hand painted tiles from Siena in the bathrooms are found throughout them.
'Podere Fulignano' is perfect for both big groups and families who love to spent some time together but also like to enjoy their privacy as well. It is set in 50 acres of ground and the three independent cottages are far enough apart to guarantee peaceful privacy if needed.
Campagnatico, the next village is only three minutes by car from the farm.
It is the ideal place for anybody wishing to get away from it all and to relax and experience real Tuscan life without having to use the car every day. The huge pool, beautiful garden and great views make it a perfect stay for everyone.
Golf Information: 3 different 18 holes Golf Courses located within 50 km from the property, open all the year: “Golf Club Toscana - Il Pelagone” (35 km), “Golf Club Punta Ala” (about 35 km), Golf Club Monte Argentario (50 km)
'Il Pelagone' is 18 holes, 5.920m, and PAR 71-SSS 70, with many facilities: training field, putting green, pro shop, hire cart, golf bags and trolley, bar, swimming-pool, volley, baby-sitting. During winter is closed on Wednesday.
'Punta Ala', opened in 1964, is 18 holes, 6.168m, PAR 72-SSS 72, with driving range, golf-cars, pro-shop, golf trolley, bar, restaurant and spectacular views all around. Open everyday.
'Monte Argentario' is a spectacular Course on the half island of Monte Argentario between the pitoresque villages of Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer malerischen und ruhigen Landschaft mit einer traumhaften Poolanlage, wo sich die Rehe und die Wildschweine "Gute Nacht" sagen. Einfach zum verlieben! Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Melanie und Thomas fĂŒr alles! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Unser Urlaub bei Mel - einfach perfekt 😊

Unser Urlaub bei Mel war fĂŒr uns das, was man mit Urlaub verbindet- Ruhe , eine hĂŒbsche Unterkunft und eine tolle Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit Mel war unkompliziert, von der Anreise bis zur Abreise. Tipps ĂŒber die Umgebung inclusive. Die kleine Wohnung hatte alles,was man benötigt. Die Landschaft ein Traum, wir haben die Ruhe und den Ausblick genossen. Ruhige Stunden am Pool verbracht, die Umgebung erkundet - per Auto denn der "Anstieg" zum Ort war bei fast 40 Grad dann doch zu anstrengend. Campagnatico hatte alles, was man benötigt. Mel hat uns unkompliziert geholfen und eine Verbindung zur Werkstatt hergestellt als bei unserem Auto die Batterie gestreikt hat. Vielen Dank nochmal dafĂŒr. đŸ€— Wir sind froh,dieses kleine Paradies in der Toskana gefunden zu haben und werden wieder kommen. Liebe GrĂŒĂŸe Thomas,Anja und Erwin.

Traumhafte Ruheoase inmitten von OlivenbÀumen

Wir haben als Familie mehrere Tage in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbracht. Schon die Kommunikation mit Mel im Vorfeld war sehr angenehm, geprĂ€gt von Herzlichkeit und ProfessionalitĂ€t. Die Anfahrt durch die Olivenhaine war traumhaft, die Anlage und der Blick von unserem HĂ€uschen ĂŒbertraf unsere Erwartungen. Die kommenden Tage waren geprĂ€gt von Ruhe und Entspannen am unglaublich großen und mit bunten Blumen umwachsenen Naturpool unter der warmen toskanischen Sonne. Obwohl unsere KĂŒche voll ausgestattet war, haben wir am Abend gerne das sehr gute Essen in Campagnatico genossen. Es blieben keinen WĂŒnsche offen! Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Vielen Dank fĂŒr die wunderbare Zeit und die unglaublich nette Kommunikation!

Top Location!

Eine wunderschöne Anlage! Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen und werden mit großer Sicherheit wieder kommen. Die Appartements sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und der Pool ist ĂŒberdurschnittlich groß. Bei der Zufahrt zum GrundstĂŒck muss man etwas aufpassen. Je nach Auto kann es etwas knapp werden mit dem Unterboden.

Wunderschön und Erholung pur

Ein wunderschönes und sehr gepflegtes Anwesen mitten in der Natur. Die Umgebung und die HĂ€uschen wurden mit sehr viel Liebe und Hingabe gestaltet. Man hat richtig gespĂŒrt, dass die Gastgeber alles unternehmen damit sich ihre GĂ€ste wohlfĂŒhlen. Der grosse Pool war ein besonderes Highlight. Wir werden noch lange von unseren Ferientagen hier trĂ€umen!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Dieser Ort ist eine wahre Ruheoase. Ich denke es gibt kaum Orte wie diese, um richtig abzuschalten. Egal ob man Abends auf dem Balkon sitzt und Rehe und Wildschweine beobachtet oder sich am Pool entspannt, es gibt jeden Tag ein Highlight. Auch die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Wir werden nÀchstes Jahr definitiv wieder kommen !

Perfect location and setting

We will be back! The location allows you to visit the beach, the best vineyards and the cultural centres of Rome, Florence and Siena. The setting is heavenly: rural and peaceful but within walking distance of a charming village with everything you need. Very comfortable accommodation, amazing views and enormous pool. The manager and caretakers are charming and super helpful. Totally relaxing.

Wir haben eine Unterkunft, bzw. Anlage, die super saniert und revitalisiert wurde angetroffen, genau wie die Bilder es im Netz zeigen. Eigentlich noch viel schöner und in toller Natur. Super Blick in die toskanische Landschaft, ein netter Bergort Campagnatico, mit einem tollen Restaurant und vielen freundlichen Einwohnern. Wir haben die Zeit super genossen, die Vermiterin Mel ist sehr nett, unkompliziert und total hilfsbereit! Danke fĂŒr die tolle Zeit, wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Ein perfekter Ort als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Erkundungstouren in die Toskana, zur KĂŒste, nach Siena, Montalcino etc.... einfach klasse!

Absolutely beautiful place

This place has everything I would ever want for a holiday. We fell in love with the gorgeous Casa Luciano, having breakfast on the balcony and evening drinks on its own private terrace. The entire property is very well maintained and our place was very clean with comfortable furniture and decor. The pool is crystal clear just like the photo and is surrounded by a huge bed of rosemary. Situated in the heart of Tuscany, close to the sea and excellent vineyards we had the best holiday and will go there again.

A beautifully secluded Tuscan farm stay paradise!

Arriving at a non descript gated entrance in the dark and loading the suitcases into our well equipped and quaint apartment was a joy in itself, however awaking to the wonderful sunrise creeping through the curtains over the windows at the end of the bed and pulling them open to reveal rolling farm land, with only one house in sight, was INCREDIBLE! Over coffee on the balcony we read through the welcome book and info on the property, with real excitement at the prospect of making pizzas from the dough bought at the local pizzeria in the pizza oven and cooking huge T-bone steaks on the BBQ! We didn't actually get round to doing this however as we had too much chilling by the pool to do on this holiday. Which is AWESOME!!! It was created using a huge natural pond, which was lined with pool lining, it's filled with fresh water on a regular basing and has really low chlorine content but is crystal clear and due to the white lining it has a beautiful green hue and so it was like our own private Cenote! BOOM!! Oh and the fridge in the pool plant room was a serious nice touch! It felt like the kind of house we would have if we buy and convert a property in Europe, a real home from ...possible future home! We arrived at the beginning of September and the only snag was that lots of the top restaurants in the very local area were closed either for the winter or just to have a break.. we still found good places to eat though as they are abundantly obviously! On our last day we visited Maremma National park for a long walk to reduce the pain on the scales on returning home, this was a great idea from the wife.. we walked for 1.5 hours to the end of the beach at Marina di Albrese and had the whole beach to ourselves where I constructed one of the ubiquitous driftwood beach huts that line the beach.. after a last hurrah of Tuscan indulgence of prosciutto on focaccia with fresh pecorino and truffle paste... well we had walked along way!! On the walk back with the sun setting we picked up as much plastic from the beach as we could, a local storm must have whipped it up so as we'd enjoyed the beauty of the beach so much we wanted to give something back. Beautiful view and tastefull decorated house

Really loved our stay and so overwhelmed over the beautiful area. Campagnatico was such a great little town with a great playground and a perfect little grocery shop. Daniella, the housekeeper, was so helpfull with extra babyitems and even the washing area was really nicely kept. Love how they styled the little houses and the poolarea, really niceđŸ‘ŒđŸ»

Die Unterkunft selbst ist uneingeschrĂ€nkt zu empfehlen. Gute Ausstattung und fĂŒr jedes Problemchen immer ein Ansprechpartner zur Stelle. Aufgrund der ausgefahrenen Schotterpiste ,die steil bergsab auf das GrundstĂŒck fĂŒhrt, sollte das genutzte Fahrzeug genĂŒgend Bodenfreiheit besitzen.

We had a wonderful stay in Mel's and Thomas' Casa Luciano. The whole property is very nice. A huge pool surrounded by olive trees is the highlight. Perfect Tuscany atmosphere. Strict recommendation for everyone who loves a remote, private atmosphere. Big thanks to our hosts!
