Modern and comfortable villa with spacious interiors that merge seamlessly with the outdoor terraces, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, close to Grosseto.
Perched on the top of a hill, this superb villa is surrounded by 4 hectares of land with an olive grove and woodland.
The 160m² property is set on two floors, each of which is accessible by car. There is a private parking space with an electric charging station.
The decidedly contemporary style of the villa allows guests to focus on the surrounding nature and the play of light and shadow, while being able to enjoy maximum time outside, savouring the glorious sweeping views over the Tuscan countryside.
Outside the villa, the flower-filled garden has a pool (5 x 8m) with panoramic views and is furnished with deckchairs, sunbeds and an outdoor shower. The pool can be heated from 15th June to end September if water temperature is below 22°. There is also an outdoor kitchen, with a gas hob, BBQ, bar and dining area.
Inside the villa, the lower floor (garden level) has a living room with fireplace, satellite TV and a large floor to ceiling window overlooking the garden. For fitness fans, there is a fitness area with a sauna, bathroom and equipment. The washing machine and ironing board are under the stairs.
The well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, coffee machine etc.) is on the upper floor (pool level), alongside a dining room, study with internet connection and a laptop screen and, lastly, the bedrooms.
