The hotel is outdated and needs more attention on cleaning! Many times the cleaners didn't even take out the trash in the bathroom. Very uncomfortable bed, hard mattress and pillows. Old and worn bath towels. I think it's time for a major overhaul!

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before, I like that this is the only hotel in this city with a pool, nice restaurant, kid friendly yard areas. The hotel is well located, quiet and safe. But the rooms need urgent improvement. Room had an old rusted mini bar and furniture were bit up. The room was extremely filthy upon arrival and it did not get better any time after. Cleaners did a horrible job and often left us without toilet paper, soap and clean towels. Beds did not have proper sheet sets and towels were after stained and dirty. The floors and shower walls were an absolutely disgusting the whole time. Tv had no internet connection and trash cans were broken and rusted.

Quarto amplo e bem arrumado, limpo, ar condicionado bom funcionamento, porém o check in foi muuuuiiiito demorado, fila enorme para 2 funcionários e sistema lento. Maior problema foi que as 18h do sábado acabou água quente do chuveiro!! Estacionamento pequeno para o tamanho do hotel, se chegar tarde não tem vaga.

A estrutura do hotel é boa. Porém, o quarto era velho, o travesseiro estava com cheiro de usado. A coberta, apesar de estar em plástico, quando aberta dava pra ver que não foi lavada, somente reembalada. Equipe preguiçosa, tudo tinha que ir buscar na recepção (ferro, toalha etc) Um dos dias a camareira foi entrando no quarto com a gente dentro, achei isso um absurdo. As toalhas também tinham cheiro ruim. Tirando a estrutura do hotel, que é super boa, o resto foi muito ruim.
