Checkin super demorado,chão do quarto totalmente desgastado,muita criança gritando sem acompanhamento, espaço interno das piscinas bom, mas sem nenhum controle, crianças entrando na sauna, levando brinquedos, e ninguém hotel para controlar Café da manhã com poucas opções. E pra finalizar fomos totalmente constrangidos quando uma mulher com camiseta de bombeira apareceu na piscina pedindo pra que eu e meu marido se separasse pq estava dando outra impressão na câmera , só estávamos sentandos de frente um para o outro, com mais pessoas no local, foi péssimo, ridículo.Resumindo um show de horror para não se voltar nunca mais. .

A área da piscina foi o grande ápice de uma viagem com 3 crianças de 3 e 5 anos. Tem uma área aberta com brinquedos aquáticos bem cuidados, uma piscina coberta aquecida e uma jacuzzi ao lado. Sou hospede deste hotel já algum tempo, acompanhei a reforma realizada que melhorou a infra do hotel. Na minha recente estadia pode observar que o mesmo precisa melhorar suas rotinas, abaixo alguns pontos: - os elevadores apresentam botões quebrados impedindo que o mesmo pare no andar o que acarreta transtorno; - a escada estava com o sensor de luz com defeito impedindo o deslocamento por lá; - foi solicitado por 3 vezes que a banheira de hidro fosse ligada, sem sucesso. de que serve uma banheira de hidro que não é ligada?; - no final de semana movimento do hotel aumentou e a infra de atendimento na piscina não deu vazão ao atendimento; - horário de café da manhã durante a temporada limitado a 10 hs durante a semana?; - domingo para o jantar somente opção de buffet, sem atendimento no quarto. Enfim espero que melhorem, para não desperdiçar o investimento realizado no hotel.
