La struttura è situata al primo piano di un bellissimo palazzo del '700 nel centro storico di Campobasso. La sua posizione centrale la rende unica nel suo genere con la possibilità di passeggiare tra le strette viuzze del centro, in una atmosfera genuina di tempi ormai trascorsi. La struttura è molto ben curata, molto ben fornita di armadi, mobili ed elettrodomestici. Ha una cucina-soggiorno molto grande con un camino realizzato interamente con le pietre di campo. E' ideale per le famiglie anche con figli piccoli, ma anche per singole coppie e si adatta bene per organizzare piccoli convegni e/o corsi, poichè nonostante sia nel cuore del centro storico, è molto silenziosa e sembra di soggiornare in campagna. La struttura inoltre fornisce set cortesia, composto da saponetta, bagnoschiuma e shampoo e a richiesta balsamo e crema corpo biologici. Questi prodotti sono forniti dalla stessa host che li produce personalmente nel suo laboratorio cosmetico l'Olea biocosmesi.

Great stay

We were visiting relatives in nearby Sanpolomatese and this was a fantastic option. The host was lovely and the place had everything we needed and more. Plus it was in a great location. Near restaurants, grocery store, museums and more. (Walking distance). If you have a car parking is a bit of an issue but the host helped out a lot and couldn’t have been any nicer. Overall great experience.

The location of the apartment was excellent- walking distance to the city center where shopping and restaurants are. The downside was the host did not speak English. There was a suggested interpreter, but she was not available when we checked in. The instructions to GET the keys was accurate BUT nothing in the instructions given after we had the keys, that the apartment was actually on the second floor, that we had to take the stairs. ( the building had three levels NO elevator) Fortunately some resident family was in the lobby and helped us locate the rental apartment. The other problem was we couldn’t get the washing machine to work, We were not able to get a response from the host or the interpreter. We had been traveling for the previous week and badly needed to have our clothes cleaned. There were five family members in all.We had to handwash what we could in the sink and hang them to dry. If there was better communication, there would not have been any problems.
