Rooms are super small. Mold in bathrooms. No bell boy to help with bags. One has to pay parking daily at the parking desk. The cook decides that a lunch order for a large group was a higher priority than a breakfast item we ordered; he only opened a stove burner for our eggs after we complained?! So we are supposed to wait for their lunch to be over?

Quarto é ok, parece que foi reformado a uns 10 anos, não tem nem tomada na cabeceira de cama. O banheiro é de chernobyl, não é tao limpo, velho, cheio de remendo, algumas coisa não funcionam, tolhas pequenas, velhas e rasgadas. Porem os funcionarios sao prestativos e atenciosos. Cafe da manha é bom, nada de excepcional, mas bom!

Uma boa opção em SJC. O hotel passa uma sensação de ser um pouco velho, mas é bem cuidado. O quarto tem um bom tamanho e é confortável. O café é bom na minha opinião. Funcionários prestativos e educados, me permitiram fazer o check out 2h depois do previsto mesmo eu não tendo nenhuma conta no Accor ou algo do tipo. O hotel tem uma localização relativamente boa em SJC. O melhor ponto pra mim é a proximidade ao Colinas Shopping. Recomendo.
