Welcome to this beautiful house for 8 people, situated on the outskirts of Campos.
You will love spending time on the exteriors of the house with nice garden, beautiful salt water swimming pool 72 m2 with a depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.90 m with loungers area with 6 sun loungers, 3 fully equipped porches, and one barbecue to enjoy open air meals with your family.

The house of 300 m2 is distributed over 2 floors It has 4 bedrooms; two on the ground floor (one with one double bed and one with twin beds); and two on the 1st floor (one with one double bed and one with twin beds). One cot and a highchair are available on request. There are 3 bathrooms in the house; two on the ground floor (one with shower and one toilet), and one on the 1st floor (with shower and bathtub). The living room is very cozy and well decorated, with two sofas, a coffee table, and TV-Sat. The kitchen with vitro has all the necessary cooking utensils. Thre is also a dining area with table and chairs. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. There is A/C in the sitting room and in the bedrooms.

The house is located only 5.6 km from Campos, where you can find everything you may need during your holiday: supermarkets, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. A 15-minute drive you can reach the white sandy beach of Es Trenc, a natural jewel of the Balearic Islands. In the area, you will find many more beaches and coves with crystal water. Only 30 minutes drive you will reach Palma, where you can make sightseeing, cultural tours or shopping. In Palma there are several water parks as Westernpark, Aqualand, etc; You can also visit Palma Aquarium.

The owners met us at the agreed time, showed us around the property and gave us information on the local area. The villa itself was perfect, exactly what we expected from the listing and actually bigger than the pictures imply. The villa was clean and tidy with all of the appliances you could need. After speaking with Luis the owner about our late departure flight he offered to let us stay later than the agreed check out time, very impressed with how accommodating the owners were. All in all, a great trip and can't wait to book again for next year! Beautiful villa, exactly what we expected from the listing

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit sehr gepflegtem Grundstück. Man braucht natürlich einen Mietwagen, aber damit ist man dann in kürzester Zeit bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und an schönen Stränden. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Zimmeraufteilung mit Bädern war perfekt für uns zwei Familien. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, aber sehr schön! Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft

Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft und sehr schön ausgestattet, alles ist sauber und die Übergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert. Toller Pool, tolle Lage. Es gibt ausreichend Platz für alle, Liegen, Stühle, Geschirr etc. Ein zwei Pfannen bei denen nicht das Teflon abblättert wären schön gewesen, wer gerne kocht bringt sich vielleicht selber ein Pfanne und ein Küchenmesser mit. Die beschattete Terrasse ist toll, es gibt einen großen gemauerten Grill, Sonnenschirme und zwei große Kühlschränke - Einer für Essen und einer für Getränke! Das einzige was etwas gestört hat ist das aus dem Nachbarhaus hin und wieder Opernmusik in ordentlicher Lautstärke zu hören ist, auch mal nachts um 4:00, da kann aber der Host nichts führ. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit Allem was man braucht, um einen tollen Urlaub zu genießen. Unsere Familie hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt, von den Kleinen bis hin zu den Großen. We had a perfect week with eight friends

We had a perfect week with eight friends in this absolutely lovely and authentic villa. Upon arrival we got a great tour and explanation of all necessities by the owner (only in Spanish though). All rooms and the outside area with an amazing pool were extremely clean and everything we needed was there. Due to no direct neighbors the surrounding is very calm and the house is still close to nice beaches and the city with supermarkets and everything you need. All in all, definitely a recommendable place to stay with friends and family.

Traumfinca in sehr schöner, ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Finca und haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und der Aussenbereich ist einfach der Wahnsinn. Kleinere Probleme wurde schnell aus der Welt geschafft, sodass unserem Traumurlaub nichts im Weg stand. Vielen Dank, dass wir so eine schöne Zeit in der Finca verbringen durften.
