Can BosquerrÓ - Villa With Private Pool

In the private chlorine pool, measuring 9 m x 3.5 m, you can enjoy a pleasant swim whenever you like. The pool is 1.65 m deep. After a long day at the beach, you can take a refreshing dip in the pool or an outdoor shower and relax on the lovely porch. Two sun loungers invite you to bask in the sun, and a mobile barbecue is perfect for cooking outdoors. Outside, you will find 100 m² of lawn, ideal for children to play and run around. At the front, a furnished 50 m² terrace is perfect for spending the afternoon in the fresh air. At the back, there is another smaller terrace with direct access to the kitchen, equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy your meals comfortably. This modern house is fenced and has direct neighbors. The interior is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living-dining room equipped with satellite TV and the ceramic hob kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. Two of the bedrooms are also on this floor, sharing an en-suite bathroom with shower but with total privacy, since both bedrooms close independently. The first floor is entirely dedicated to the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Upstairs, you can find two divans in a space that can be used as a second living room, also with a TV and a small balcony. At the front, you will find the double bed and the en-suite bathroom with access to a balcony overlooking the Sa Ràpita Yacht Club and the sea. On the side of the house, there is a wooden terrace, ideal for enjoying a beautiful evening with friends, preparing a cocktail, or whatever you prefer. The accommodation is equipped with ducted air conditioning. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair. Sa Ràpita is located in a coastal enclave of singular beauty. In its bay, you will find three of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca: Es Trenc, Ses Covetes Beach, and Sa Ràpita Beach. They belong to the municipality of Campos and are located 37 km from Palma Airport. It has a marina with modern facilities and, from its bar and restaurant by the beach, you can enjoy wonderful views of the coastline. You will also find a wide range of services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, nautical companies, marina, etc. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
