Mallorca

This farm house was really nice. Very close to Es Trenc and just 10 minutes away from the supermarket. Cati, the owner, was really nice and friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool after a day in the beach. We drove to all corners of the island from here.

Pros: It was such a beautiful and peaceful stay – we truly hope to return one day. Cati, our host, was incredibly kind and welcoming. We loved everything about the place! Cons: The sorting was a bit confusing – it could be explained a bit more clearly in the house and not just where to throw it out on depature

Wunderschöne Finca mit herzlicher Betreuung und viel Ruhe.

Pros: Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Finca sehr genossen. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was man benötigt. Besonders gefallen haben uns das schöne Außengelände mit Feigenbäumen, der Grillplatz sowie die Terrasse mit Sonnenschutz zum Frühstück. Die Schlafzimmer waren komfortabel und die Anlage insgesamt gepflegt. Ein großes Lob an Cati, die Verwalterin und Tochter der Eigentümer. Sie war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagierte schnell auf Anliegen. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp funktionierte dank Übersetzung problemlos. Über die Begrüßung mit einer Flasche Sangria, einer Flasche Rotwein und einem Korb mit frischem Obst haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Mercadona, Aldi, Eroski, Lidl und Müller sind in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar und liegen nah beieinander. Besonders praktisch sind die vielen deutschen Produkte bei Aldi, Lidl und Müller. Auch die Müllentsorgung über einen jederzeit zugänglichen Sammelplatz war unkompliziert. Cons: Es gab einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt haben. Eine Klimaanlage im großen Schlafzimmer funktionierte zwar, kühlte jedoch nicht richtig und war recht laut. Der Pool hätte aus unserer Sicht etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei der Pflege vertragen. Unser Sohn zog sich während des Urlaubs eine leichte Gehörgangsentzündung zu, die wir in Palma behandeln lassen mussten. Ob dies mit dem Poolwasser zusammenhing, können wir natürlich nicht beurteilen. Zudem war der Abfluss in der Küche zweimal verstopft, sodass das Wasser nicht richtig ablief und Wasser aus der Spülmaschine in die Spüle zurücklief. Cati und ihr Sohn kümmerten sich zwar jeweils zeitnah darum, dennoch war dies etwas störend. Außerdem wirken die Küche und der Pool auf den Buchungsfotos größer als in der Realität. Insbesondere die Küche entsprach dadurch nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Diese Punkte waren zwar ärgerlich, konnten unseren insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck von der Finca jedoch nicht überschatten.
