The plot is fenced and there are next-door neighbours. Indoors, you can expect a simple but cozy equipment, including a living room with A/C, fireplace, TV with satellite channels and a DVD-player. The kitchen offers a basic equipment like induction cooking top, microwave and oven. Bordering on the kitchen, there's a dining table with 8 chairs. The house provides you with a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
