The Duplex holiday home is located in the rural complex Possessió Sa Barrala, within the Es Trenc-Salobrar de Campos nature park. The estate features 5 independent houses, a swimming pool, 200 hectares of land, and private access to Es Trenc beach.



This welcoming holiday home, with an outdoor area, garden, wooden beams, and rustic decor, accommodates 2 guests. It's perfect for a relaxing couples’ getaway. The property includes a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. There is also a shared pool, restored from an old water reservoir, preserving its Mallorcan charm. From the property, a private path leads to Es Trenc beach (30 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by car). At the end of this private path, the owners have a small house called Es Refugi, where you can use the bathroom and shower.



The nearest town is Campos (10 minutes by car), offering shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, and supermarkets. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 40 minutes away by car.
