Stunning Luxury Villa in front of the Sa Rapita-Es Trenc Beaches

This brand new villa is a prime example of a modern, stylish beachside property in Mallorca. Set in the grounds of the most spectacular beach of the island, with 10 kms of fine white sand, this villa is indeed extraordinary. Situated right in front of the Sa Rapita port, the access to the beach is within 5 minutes. The villa is built in one floor, with enormous glass doors that open fully into the wonderful pool area and terrace. The beautiful pool has also 4 sunbeds and a nice dining table to enjoy the dinners al fresco. There are two double and one single bedrooms, each one with big glass doors that face the garden and pool. There are two modern and stylish bathrooms, one ensuite with the master bedroom. The open stylish fully equipped kitchen and living room are decorated in really nice modern style. There is a garage space for one car. There is also air-conditioning in all of the rooms and living room.
The villa offers guests a haven on the most unspoiled part of Mallorca, with quaint villages nearby, full of nice restaurants and activities for everyone (cycling, golf, water sports).
The beautiful Palma city is just half an hour away by car.
