Comfortable and Convenient
Posted Oct. 17, 2023 on HomeAwayWe stayed here to be close for my Son's wedding. Location was perfect, the home was comfortable and welcoming.
This is the first time renting from Vrbo, would rent this home again for future mini vacations.

Quiet spot in a convenient location
Posted Oct. 9, 2023 on HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay at Cardinal’s perch. The property management people were very responsive when we had an issue with the property and questions.
The home was a mix of some nice appliances and decor and some features we felt needed to be updated/improved…mattresses, sheets, shower.
We did appreciate the fans, window units, the convenience of parking in the garage, and how quiet the property was even though it was close to the freeway.

Perfection location
Posted Sep. 3, 2023 on HomeAwayLoved this location and layout for our family of 5. We attended a family wedding at The Barn at the Pemi. Really just a place to sleep and keep our things between events. Super comfy mattresses and pillows. Slept great. Ceiling fans and window A/C units were put to use. Beautiful weather had us open windows and enjoy the deck.

Posted Jun. 15, 2023 on HomeAwayWe loved the house very secluded did not like that we could not enjoy the fireplace out back the grass was so high it was touching our knees , we only had t.v. service for one day not sure why not sure if people at VRBO check the house before guest check in our not but there was dog hair in the house like rolls of it the stuck to our socks when we walked around the house loved that everything was provided like pots &pans and dishes ect.Made our stay more enjoyable just wish the other things were addressed , I hope the VRBO team look into the maintenance crew to make sure they are doing there jobs & not just collecting there pay

Weekend getaway
Posted Feb. 21, 2023 on HomeAwayHouse is in a great location. 20 minutes from both Ice Castles and Waterville Valley, which is what we went up for. The deck by the entrance was a bit icy and slippery due to dripping icicles and the top bunks in the kids room were not made. Also could not find any cooking oil which seems odd. A Keurig would also be nice vs the regular coffee maker but they did provide coffee for that. House was clean and the large kitchen table was great for our group of 9. Kids loved having their own room as well as the downstairs area. Would stay here again.

Private, clean hour, great location off highway
Posted Aug. 25, 2022 on HomeAway4 of us went to the Boogie and Blues festival in Campton and didn't want to camp so this house provided a great location 10mins away to stay in more comfort. Dog friendly was a big factor in our decision too. Clean house and privacy was great.
