Great compact apartment

Enjoyed our stay. Small apartment, would be a little tight for 4 but good that it had two bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Plenty to do in the area.

Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung, Ausstattung der Küche das übliche Sammelsurium ausrangierter und nützlicher Sachen. Ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, gute Messer sollte man nicht erwarten. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine in Ordnung, Besteckkorb fast komplett durchgebrochen. Sehr guter Stauraum, Decken teilweise sehr niedrig. Für Familien geeignet aber nicht für vier große Erwachsene. 4. Stock ohne Aufzug sollte erwähnt werden, ist aber gut machbar. Gut sortierter Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, Restaurants in der Nähe.Preis-Leistung gerade so okay für die Größe und Ausstattung, aber die Lage reißt es raus.Parkplätze hinter dem Haus sind bei Glatteis eigentlich nicht nutzbar, da nicht oder selten geräumt wird.

Alba ist ein super Ort zum Einsteigen in das Ski-Gebiet. Das Quartier hat eine ideale Lage zur Talstation.

Wohnung ok, aber mit einigen Mängeln

Wir waren Ende September 2022 in Alba/Canazei, wo die Temperaturen nachts bis auf den Gefrierpunkt sanken. Leider wird die Heizung erst im Dezember (!) eingeschaltet und die Wohnung ist leider schlecht isoliert. Der äußerst freundliche Verwalter hat uns jedoch ab dem 3. Tag einen Heizlüfter zur Verfügung gestellt, womit es dann erträglich war. Allgemein: Wohnung im 4. Stock (ohne Aufzug), war aber bekannt Sauberkeit: ok, aber etliche Wollflusen unter den Betten/Couches Küche: Funktional, aber Geschirr äußerst spartanisch! Wasser: die Anschlüsse sind teilweise falsch angebracht, d.h. warmes Wasser (inkl. Dusche) kommt nur, wenn man den Hebel auf kalt stellt - LOL Lichter zum teil defekt
