Looking a little wore out.

We have stayed at this property many times over the years. Not sure if it’s just the unit we were in (201) but it’s starting to look a little rough and aged. Still clean, a great location, but showing lots of wear and tear. Front desk staff (Maria) was so friendly and helpful!

Pool and hottubs was nasty with no proper maintenance, tile was pealing off in my washroom , carpet floors as black spot in my bedroom paid 300$ for one night for this , nice place , nice resort but definitely need more regular maintenances

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The tiles of the bathroom floor were completely lifted off exposing mold from water damage and the moment we walked in, the end table that was screwed into the wall broke off. None of the TVs worked properly. Also, there is absolutely no smoking allowed on the property, not even on your own patio, so if you are a smoker, you will have to go through a long hallways and parkades to get to the outside lobby area. Plus trying to enter back in through the outside doors to get back into the building didn't work, and they told us they were having issues with the pass code doors outside. It was such an inconvenience and we will never stay there again. I never write bad reviews but this hotel experience was a whole different story, and to pay for a bad experience was worse!

Suite was fine but the water in our ensuite shower never got hot. We had 3 families and specifically requested that 2 of us be close but they didn’t get the right 2 families despite being very clear on our wishes. We gave the names. One family was in another building and it was not easily accessible
