Pearl of the Sea Just steps to the Ocean

Pearl of the Sea is only steps to the ocean, you will love this little condo it has assigned parking spot, Laundry facility on site. Dishwasher, big screen TV, central air and heat, beach chairs, beach towels boogie board ect for beach. Close to everything, go offshore fishing at Port Canaveral only minutes away, or have a fresh sea food dinner and drinks at many of the sea food restaurant's and watch the cruise ships depart. Cocoa Beach pier is only a mile away, stroll down the beach and have lunch or drinks on Pier. Disney, Sea World and other theme parks less than an hour away, Kennedy space center only 20 minutes away, watch a rocket launch from the beach and don't forget the camera. Great get away spot!

The unit was quiet and as advertised, a cute little condo near fun things to do. We did the Kennedy space center and saw 3 rockets launch. Walked the beach (currently being rebuilt from last years hurricane) and generally enjoyed some warmer weather than we have at this time in New England.

So close to the beach!

Communication with owner Becky was flawless; she responded very quickly to any questions. This was our 2nd time enjoying this location. Private, clean and literally a block away from the beautiful beach. Community is safe to walk although we’d recommend a car to visit local restaurants. Thank you Becky!

Vacation!

This was our second year staying here. It was just as awesome as our first. Maybe even better. This property is perfect for a couple on the go. We didn't do any cooking this year bit the kitchen has all you may need. The bed! Way better then most hotels. Its very cozy and comfortable. I will definitely return!

Wonderful stay. However Kitchen needs upgrading. Teflon coating on all pots and pans badly scratched. This makes them toxic to cook with.

Wonderful Condo-Fantastic Location-great Host

Condo is exactly how it is described. It is located only one block from the ocean. So close (less than a 2 minute walk) to a gorgeous beach (and not crowded at all) Location is very clean, and safe. Located on 2nd floor at the end so it was very quiet and private; neighbors are friendly. Washer/Dryer are located on property (bring quarters). Closet condo had chairs, boogie board, cooler, drying rack- many extras & plenty of storage for our clothes. Communication with Host was impeccable. Thank you Becky for answering our questions so quickly. We hope to see you again.

Our time in this condo was comfortable and enjoyable. It is within easy walking distance to the beach and other attractions. The condo was well-stocked with kitchen and bath items. It is tastefully decorated in the beach style. This was our second stay and if the opportunity presents we will stay here again.

Relaxing

The place is as described. It’s a perfect place for a couple to stay . My wife and I where able to walk to the beach and that was nice it’s a very short walk . The condo is very well maintained and stocked , very clean and the bed is comfortable which is a big plus !! Restaurants are just a short drive and many food options! I highly recommend this condo !

Cozy and comfortable

Let me first say the bed was great! Definitely not your average hotel mattress. Everything was very clean and orderly. We were out over 12 hours each day and to come back to a comfortable cozy place was perfect. Easy access. Perfect for couples on the go! I will definitely recommend and i look forward to staying here again!

Cute 1 BR in Cape Canaveral

Half way between the port and the pier, this condo is near everything we wanted. Ocean access was a half block away. We walked to the beach to watch 2 rocket launches during our week there. Very nice stay.
