Excellent vacation villa to spend memorable vacations. This house is located just 20 minutes from excellent beaches such as Sanibel Beach, and Fort Myers Beach, among others. The pool can be heated to whatever temperature you desire as it has an excellent new electric heater at no extra cost. If you want to relax this is the ideal place in a complete fence house.

Not a perfect location

The house itself was nice, but there is a lot of things that are missing to improve the stay. There is no umbrella by the pool, no hairdryer. It will be nice if there is a small cabinet or some chairs in the room so you can put your staff. The location itself is far from any beach accesses, not really much stores around or restaurants.

Great long weekend!

We had a great time in Cape Coral! The pool and backyard were beautiful, and there was plenty of room for all 7 of us! A few of the electrical outlets in the bedrooms didn’t work, but other than that we loved it! Our only other input would be we were slightly unsure of what was expected of us at “check out” but we did our best for what we would do at other locations (put towels in the washer/dryer, take out garbage, etc.) but all in all we would definitely recommend the property to others and book here again!

Pool was great

The pool was my favorite part. They do need to fix the security lights that go on and off all night and light up the master bedroom like its daytime.
