American Dream is a beautiful, four bedroom and 3 full bathroom vacation villa situated in one of the most highly desirable SW Cape Coral locations. The home has a generous floor plan with plenty of space for a large group or family as well as a designated office.
American Dream is centrally located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. A very short walk is the new Sands Park with playground, tennis courts, pickleball and basketball courts a butterfly garden, bocce ball, corn hole and putting greens. Tons of stuff to entertain the entire family. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place. Rumrunners is a quick 3 min drive.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home. American Dream features beautiful décor, the four bedrooms are fitting for two families with one king-size bed, three queen-size bed and one bunk bed. The Villa can fit up to 10 guests very comfortably with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a split set up having the main bedroom on the right side of the home and the remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the opposite side.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its amazing views to the pool area and pool there is plenty of sitting room for conversations. There is a dining area with garden views or the bar counter for additional seating.
When the large family meets for dinner the formal dining room with garden views invites you to sit and have meals with the family. The living room has plenty of seating and is the heart of the home with views that face the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming and watching the kids play in the heated pool. The covered lanai offers also a TV for those Sunday Football games that cannot be missed.
