Blue Sapphire is a three bedroom, two bath vacation villa situated in the desirable SW Cape. The Villa is centrally located and close in distance to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy the Florida lifestyle but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all main locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, thirty-five minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
Blue Sapphire features a light coastal décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with one king size bed and two queen beds.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this unique set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious organic design with a great floor plan and glass front doors that bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise.
The Villa features a family room with comfortable couch as well as a big screen tv in addition to a formal dining room and bar area for additional seating. The formal dining area has a full view of the pool area and water.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed sight to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its fully stainless appliances as well as high top bar. The floor plan is open and let's you be part of being in the action when working in the kitchen and you are not missing watching TV in the living room. The large sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment and sunset views
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
The garage offers 2 bicycles for guests to use and enjoy.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying morning coffees. The sea wall with amazing views down the canal can be used for sunset views, fishing or just enjoying the wild life.
