Welcome to Blue Seas

Blue Seas is a large four bedroom with den and three full bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable NW Cape. The home is centrally located within minutes to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great amenities you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
Blue Seas features unique beach décor; with a split floor plan, two living rooms, a den and a formal as well as nook dining space. The home is fitting for an extended family with two rooms featuring king size beds, a guest room with a full bed, across from a twin bedroom with space for 2 and a den featuring a sleeper couch.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests possibly 10 (including the sleeper couch) with this comfortable set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and plenty of space to spread out. Most of the windows and sliders facing the lanai will give you plenty of light giving you the feeling of a true Florida lifestyle.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its stainless steel appliances there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the living room and nook area, as well as sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying the piece.
Blue Seas truly has it all, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.

Great house

The door code did not work. The pool did not work until 2 days later. Frig filter needed to be changed. Needs new can opener . But otherwise property manager respondedpromptly House was clean and well appointed. We all had fun.

Perfect Girls' Getaway!

I recently had a fantastic two-week stay at the Blue Seas with three of my friends for a "girls' vacation." The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It was also spotless, which we really appreciated. The property manager was responsive to our texts, but nothing warranted an urgent response from them. The pool and spa were sparkling clean for the most part, except for one day when the surface was coated in little bugs. Thankfully, after some skimming, it was usable again the next day. The neighborhood was lovely—a quiet residential area but conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants. We found everything we needed in the house, from kitchen and dining equipment to towels and bedding. They even provided pool floats and a cooler, which was a nice touch! The listing was 100% accurate, and we enjoyed our vacation so much that we plan to return in the future. Highly recommend Blue Seas for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Blue Seas Cape Coral

This house is large and spacious and the floor plan makes it seem even larger! We had two families (9 people) total and there was more than enough room. I love all the doors out to the pool area. The kids loved the pool and trying to fish the canal (no luck)! No alligators it’s salt water. It was clean and well maintained and extremely private and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The only downfall was you need to bring everything like garbage bags and toilet paper. We also couldn’t drink the water or use for coffee from the refrigerator dispenser or sink, we thought it had a funny taste.

Perfect home for families

Home had ample space (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very close to Pine Island as well as grocery stores. We had a relaxing laid back vacation by the pool and spa and did daily ventures. Would recommend this house for future stays.

It’s a great house.

It’s a great house. The beds were a little on the firm side but not unbearable. There is only a Kurig coffee maker which doesn’t work for a bunch of people wanting coffee. I recommend the House have a normal coffee maker with a grinder and microwaveable dishes handy. Vanessa was extremely helpful showing us options and finding that perfect fit for our stay. The maintenance man was Johnny on the spot! Very knowledgeable staff.

This property was an amazing fit for our family! The split floorplan allowed the kids to have their own space and the adults to have their own privacy too. My son loved fishing off of the freshwater canal. There were some huge fish in there! My daughters loved the clean warm pool. It was also relaxing at night to sit in the whirlpool. The home is very nicely decorated and all the furnishings looked brand new. There were lots of fun relaxing things to do nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and nice for walking. We spotted several tortoises and Cape Owls just next door to the property. Matlacha Island and it's quaint shops we're just a quick drive from the home. There was an area right nearby that was also great for manatee watching. Definitely want to come back to this property. Vesteva was so easy and professional to work with. Very quick to respond to all emails and questions regarding the property.
