Good Location at a good price
The place was clean and well kept. The local contact met us the day of check in which for us was a little odd as we had to adjust our schedule to meet with her. She had good information to share but nothing that couldn’t have been shared in a document.
While we realize this is not a hotel/motel. I would have expected more than half a roll of toilet paper per bathroom and more than one packet of dishwashing soap. When we communicated with the local contact asking if there was more toilet paper we were told that there should have been one extra roll per bathroom and a small packet of dish soap under the sink. We responded that there were none of those items. Her response “ I'm sorry, I must have forgot to put an extra one. We do have some things as courtesy, but sometimes we do not have extra ones and you have to get what you need. We try to restock some items, but like I said, it's a courtesy.”
I would think that for an extended stay of 7 days 6 nights they would be a reasonable amount of toilet paper.
While not a big deal as there were plenty of stores to buy what we needed it should be set up as an expectation in the rental documents.
Internet access was ok, the speeds were good enough for streaming movies or connecting for work. However the internet went down several times but only for a few moments at a time.
The beds were decent, the master bed is very firm and worn. The sheets and beds were clean.
Other than a few oddities it was a comfortable place to stay.
