This Gulf‑access home is your private oasis. Complete with a sparkling pool, sun‑drenched deck, and a generous covered lanai with comfy sofas, outdoor dining, and a TV. Whether you're relaxing solo or entertaining, it's your slice of seaside paradise.

Inside, the primary suite features a king bed and a private bathroom, a peaceful retreat after a day in the sun. On the opposite side of the house, you’ll find two guest bedrooms: one with a queen bed, the other with two singles. A second full bathroom sits between them. There’s also a cozy den with a workstation and a sleeper sofa, making room for up to 8 guests, ideal for remote work or extra company.

The living area is made for togetherness: leather couches, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of space to share stories and laughter. You can dine indoors or take it outside under the covered lanai you’ll find al fresco dining, lounge seating, and maybe even a gorgeous sunset.

Perfect for our family getaway

We absolutely loved the outdoor living space with heated pool, dining table, and patio furniture, where we spent most of our time. We also enjoyed our morning walks and afternoon bike rides around the quiet neighborhood. Lovely home and accommodations for our family to quarantine together over the holidays.

The home is located in a very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood in Cape Coral, we were very impressed. The house is in great condition and it was very clean upon arrival. All of the appliances seemed to be brand new as well and most of the furniture seemed new as well. Very stylish home. The pool is perfect and the sun deck gets sun all afternoon so it’s perfect for people who enjoy tanning. One of the things we liked the best was the canal, it was very pretty and the many fish entertained us throughout the day when they would jump out of the water. We appreciated the bikes and beach chairs as well. We did not have any problems during our stay and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
