Our Seaside Villa Key Biscayne is located in the south of Cape Coral and invites you to enjoy a dream vacation.

The vacation home is situated on a directly on a water canal, and has its own boat dock. The Gulf of Mexico can be reached in a short time from here.

The house has 2475 sqf of floor space and was renovated in 2022. It is bright and modernly furnished, inviting you to linger and feel at home. The living room features a Roku TV smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and German TV.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 people and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living area with high ceilings and panoramic windows, 2 dining areas, and an open kitchen.

The bedrooms are equipped as follows:

Master bedroom: King-size bed, Roku TV Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and more. Private master bathroom with two sinks, shower, bathtub, and separate toilet with its own door. Direct access to the pool.

Guest room 1: King-size bed, Roku TV, smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, etc., private master bathroom with two sinks, shower, and toilet.

Guest room 2: Queen-size bed, Roku TV, smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, etc.

Guest room 3: Two single beds.

Guest rooms 2 and 3 share the third bathroom. This has two sinks, a toilet, and a shower and has its own access.

A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

The large pool area with its infinity pool and whirlpool is particularly beautiful. The pool is electrically heated, measures 32,8 feet x 18 feet and is 6,5 feet deep at its deepest point.

The mosquito-free pool area, thanks to the cage running all around it, offers you relaxation in every season.

The south-facing pool area allows you to enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon. Four deck chairs for relaxing and a large gas grill leave nothing to be desired.

The covered outdoor dining area seats six and is ideal for dinner at sunset or a leisurely breakfast in the quiet morning hours.

The house's garage is also available for use upon request.

Each March for the past 11 years we have enjoyed the sun of Cape Coral renting various properties and Villa Key Biscayne was the best!! The pool and hot tub were outstanding; perfect temperature, superbly maintained and great sitting area. The house was immaculate, new kitchen appliances and terrific floor plan. The property manager Florian and Marcus were EXCELLENT! Friendly, responsive and dedicated to us enjoying our stay. When we had minor problems, they were onsite within the hour to resolve my "user error"!! Great property!!!!

Perfect for Families

Plenty for room to enjoy the outside or inside. Even with neighbors on both sides it felt very private. Plenty of kitchen space and room to cook. Plus it is always nice when you are in the kitchen and can see the whole patio and pool area. Pool was warm and clean. We loved this house and would definitely recommend it!

Perfect house for a group and great location!

House was clean and well equipped. Plenty of room and essentially has two primary suites. Great patio and pool! Location is in the best spot of Cape Coral. The property manager was great, easy to get a hold of, and quick to respond to any issues. Our issue was the washer quit working and they were there within a few hours installing a new washing machine! I’ll definitely be staying here again!!

Great house! Would Recommend!

We had never been to this area and wanted a waterfront property to bring our boat and be able to keep on a dock for easy on and off the water. House was clean and very accomodating for our family. 2 adults, 3 teens. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Pool and hot tub were great when returning from a day on the boat or evening relaxing. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The open lot across the street has ground owls and they would come perch in the trees by the bay window to get out of the sun, which was cool to see those cute little owls so close. The only thing I will mention, not really to do with the property itself, is that it is located a decent distance to getting into the open water, so just know if you do bring a boat, to keep at the house, it will take about 30-45mins to get out of a minimal wake zone. Wasnt a big deal, but just something to note of. The host was accessible, if needed, but we had no problems. Neighborhood is very quiet, weren't a lot of people around. We stayed 4th of July 2024 for 8 days.
