*HEATED POOL* Nestled among the canals of the “Waterfront Wonderland” of SW Florida, this Cape Coral Home has all the amenities for a perfectly cozy stay while enjoying the unlimited activities in the areas of Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Sanibel Island.

The home is complete with a 24-foot round oasis pool & large screened lanai area outside, three nautical-inspired bedrooms with four total beds, as well as a living room sofa bed to accommodate larger families. Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms, and ample spacious indoor and outdoor common areas for gathering.

The home is equipped with a range of amenities designed to enhance your stay, whether you’re here for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a business trip. Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of bath and beach towels. Additional features include high-speed internet, gas and charcoal grills for outdoor cooking, two outdoor lounge chairs for sunbathing, an outdoor firepit table for cozy evenings, and a large selection of pool toys. Really enjoyed heated pool, close to pharmacy and grocery, plenty of beach chairs. Host was very accommodating and responded very quickly. Enjoy the experience very much!

We all loved the pool. Added bonus that float chairs/mats were provided. Additionally camp chairs and sand chairs for outdoor concert and time at the beach were provided. Host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Allowed us to stay beyond normal Checkout (for minimal fee) which we appreciated since we had 2 grands with us and flight not til evening. Neighborhood was quiet and close to Publix/Walgreens etc.

The property was perfect for us and met our needs. It is a lovely home and neighborhood. However, the top bunk bed pictured was not stable for use (our daughter who sleeps on a top bunk at home was worried about its stability). We did not contact the property manager about the bunk bed as we had plenty of room for the six of us.
