An inviting house away from the water in a desirable location in the southwest of Cape Coral, near Chiquita Blvd and Cape Coral Pkwy. The spacious floor plan includes 3 bedrooms (king-size bed, queen-size bed, 2 single beds), 2.5 bathrooms, a separate living and family room, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Stylish furniture gives the house a contemporary touch. The electrically heated pool offers swimming fun all year round. The south-facing terrace offers a view of the lush, tropical landscape. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive away. Important Information: Electricity is included in the rental price up to 10 Usd per day.
