Serenity Sands Cape Coral is a luxury vacation home that feels more like your own private resort, with a TRITOON BOAT available at the dock to add to your stay, hot tub, pool, and kayaks & bikes included. This newly renovated home is convenient to all the local attractions, yet is situated in a quiet secure neighborhood in South West Cape Coral. It is in the coveted Cape Harbour neighborhood and is located South of Cape Coral Parkway, minutes from Cape Harbour, Tarpon Point, Matlacha, and the beach. You can't get a better location, complete with palm tree lined streets and biking paths.

It is on a wide sailboat channel (no bridges), minutes from the Caloosahatchee River, then direct to the Gulf of Mexico. The fishing off of the dock is great, and we provide 2 fishing poles and a tackle box. After a day of fishing or boating, relax in the private heated pool or use the hot tub. If you want to take in the town, Cape Coral is full of unique dining, shopping, & ecotourism/parks. The number one marina, dining, and shopping center (Cape Harbour) is a bike ride away from the home.

Walk in and you will see the unmatched view and indoor/outdoor living. The three bedrooms have been custom outfitted in brand new beach themed furniture and décor. Two baths are brand new as well, and will be stocked for your convenience. There are two living rooms, both complete with brand new sofas and 55" flatscreens. Dine inside or take in the view and dine on the lanai at our 6 person poolside dining area with flat screen TV. The pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge and ready for you to enjoy. After a day at the beach, relax in the hot tub on the lanai. We have a custom bike for the guys and girls cruiser for the ladies. Ride our bikes to the beaches, Cape Harbour, and Publix grocery store.

**BOAT DETAILS**: Our Bentley Tritoon (Seats up to 10) is available to add to your stay. The boat can be added to your stay for $275 per day plus tax (4 day minimum). Please note that a credit card authorization form and rental agreement will need to be filled out for the boat. Guests will be responsible for the orientation fee of $200 paid to the captain. You must be born before Jan 1, 1988 to drive the boat and have two year's experience.

Bedroom Details:
-Master Bedroom includes a king size bed with all linens, dresser, 2 nightstands, large private bath with two sink vanity, large walk in closet, slider to the lanai, and flatscreen TV.
-Guest Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed with all linens, dresser, 2 nightstands, slider to the lanai, large walk in closet, flatscreen TV, and large shared bathroom with tub/shower.
-Guest Bedroom 2 includes a full size bed & a twin size bed with all linens, large walk in closet, flatscreen TV, and large shared bathoom with tub shower.
-Second living room includes a queen size sofa sleeper with all linens and 55" flatscreen TV.

NEED TO KNOW:
We will provide a rental agreement to be electronically signed prior to your arrival.
POOL: The pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge in the winter (November 1-April 15th). If you would like it heated higher, it is $50 per week.
FOR LITTLE ONES: Pack and play and portable highchair available upon request for no additional fee.
DOGS: Up to two small dogs are allowed, with a $149 flat fee per stay. Just click pets when you checkout on your reservation.
