We are a professional local property management company and are available 24/7 if needed.

Our property manager will stop by the morning after your arrival for a brief check-in and to answer any questions you may have.

You will have the entire house to yourself and will not need to share any spaces. Check-in is self-service via an access code, which will be sent to you one week before your arrival.

Villa Southern Dream is located in desireable SW Cape Coral at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. About 5 minutes away by car are Tarpon Point and Cape Harbor. Both locations offer great restaurants, a little boardwalk, bars, shops and more. About ½ mile away there is also a nice park with a playground for the little ones to play and have fun.

One week prior to your arrival, we will provide all the information you need for a smooth check-in. We will also arrange a convenient time for a brief meet-and-greet at the house with our property manager.
Throughout your stay, our property manager will be available by phone or email to assist with any questions or needs.

The spacious master suite features a king-size bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a double vanity with dual sinks, creating a comfortable private retreat.

Both guest bedrooms feature queen-size beds and TVs, offering cozy and stylish accommodations for additional family members or friends.

Southern Dream is also ideally located near some of Cape Coral's favorite spots. A small river beach is just about a mile west, while Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour are only a short drive away, offering waterfront restaurants, bars, shops, and scenic boardwalks. A nearby park with a playground, just half a mile away, adds even more convenience for families traveling with children.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present throughout the reservation.
In the winter months, the pool heaters are preset to 86°F for your arrival. You are welcome to adjust the temperature to your liking during your stay.
