One Short Block to Beach - Spacious Victorian - 1st Floor Bed and Bath

Just steps from the beach, our home offers all the Charm of Victorian Cape May and all the Up to Date features of a new home.

Spread out on the large front porch and listen to the ocean while enjoying a beverage. Relax, you are at the beach! Our main goal is to provide an exceptionally clean, comfortable home for our family and guests to create lasting memories they will cherish a lifetime and I know “Porch Time” will be part of that.

Just inside the front door is a welcoming living room with clean lines and tranquil colors, gorgeous hardwood floors and high ceilings. Comfortable sofa’s and easy chairs provide ample room for the whole family to sit and talk or watch a ballgame on the 50” HGTV. There is also a large coffee table to enjoy spreading out for some fun without having to “Monopolize” the Dining Room. Our Dining Room has a huge table with seating for 16.

The kitchen is well stocked with most everything you will need to cook for your family. We routinely have 16 to 20 for dinner and enjoy cooking for the whole crew. Off the kitchen is a 1st floor bedroom with a new Queen Bed. There is also a full bathroom with a shower on the 1st floor.

The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 full and 2 half bathrooms. The 1st Master Suite has a very comfortable King bed in a spacious room facing the ocean. You have views of the ocean from this room and a Powder Room to maximize privacy. It doesn’t get much better than to fall asleep to the sound of the waves pounding the shore and the wind blowing the curtains. The 2nd Master Suite also has a very comfortable King bed in a spacious room. This room has an attached half bath. The 3rd bedroom is a very comfortable Queen bed with ample room and a relaxed décor. The 4th bedroom is a very pretty room with a comfortable double bed. Many of the bedrooms have the old transom window above the door that can be opened to maximize the great breeze while still keeping doors closed. Also on the 2nd floor are 2 full bathrooms, one with a newly renovated shower and the other with a newly renovated tub/shower.

The 3rd floor consists of 2 bedrooms and a half bath. The front bedroom has spectacular views of the ocean and 1 single & 1 double bed and the half bathroom. The back bedroom is very spacious with 2 single beds and a double bed.

The house is fully equipped with Wi-Fi Internet, DVD, central air conditioning/heat.

Circa 1900 - Centrally located on quiet street in Historic District. Short stroll to beach, town, shopping, museums, amazing restaurants, and nightly entertainment.
