Breakfast quality was inconsistent & egg orders took 30+ mins. Housekeeping almost never left towels in the room and we had to call each day for towels to be brought to the room which often took 1+ hour. The room was so small that the bathroom door only opened 30% before hitting the bed… Otherwise, comfortable bed and pillows, just poor service.

We found everything well organised staff were super friendly the use of being able to leave luggage was also a benefit. There is nothing that I could think of that was not catered also accessibility of the waterfront

Proximity to waterfront and they were able to hold our luggage in between our african safari trips. Very responsive with questions online. My family would stay here again. The free breakfast was a plus! Changed our initial preconceptions about traveling to Africa. Cape Town is beautiful and we will be back!

Friendly staff. Terrible parking unless you secure something on the street opposite the lobby. Awkward bathroom/shower/toilet setup, small with opaque glass “walls”. Hotel muy bien ubicado por su proximidad al Waterfront, muy seguro para caminar por la noche.Personal muy atento, desayuno excelente. Lo unico que no me gustó es que mi habitación no tenia ventanas, ademas le falta un mueble para dejar las maletas , tampoco tiene mucho lugar para colgar ropa. Precio ubicación, muy bien.

Ten mins walk from B&A Waterfront, easy spot for Ubers, lovely staff. Very comfortable bed. (Shame no fridge in room)

As already mentioned, they gave me a storeroom. How you can even offer that to clients is mind blowing. By adding a TV and bathroom to a storeroom, you feel you can offer that to clients??? Possibly the 5th I have stayed at this facility and possibly the last after that! And the toilet seat was cracked…. !!!

4th time I stay there. Never got an issue ot so. Staff is amazing, also the food. Breakfast is honest and the location great. Will return. My stays are always around 7 to 12 days, so I know what I am talking about.
