There was renovation going on so at times it was noisy. We were given a 10 dollar breakfast coupon I believe to compensate? The view was spectacular and it was nice shopping in the Rideau Centre.

"Clean room, good amenities, comfy beds and seamless check in. We were here for 2 days during the coldest weekend in Ontario and we got in really early, and even though i wasnt expecting to get the room early, we actually did, which was a really nice surprised. "

"The Metcalfe is a pretty hotel, with clean room. The staff goes over and beyond to please you. Julian at front desk on Saturday was amazing. Same one of the restaurant's staff who accommodated us for breakfast on Sunday without reservation at almost full capacity. Extraordinary staff. Thank you, guys. We'll surely come back. "
