Cozy Mountain Retreat! Golf, Fish,Hot Tub, Pet Friendly, 30 miles to Aspen!

Mountain modern, 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2 pull out couches, office, 2 1/2 baths, well equipped home that has many new upgrades including new furniture and decor, all new beds with high end mattresses and 5 flat screen tv’s. This home is professionally cleaned and features a luxury hot tub that is cleaned for each guest, a steam shower, a fully supplied kitchen with wine/beverage cooler, gas BBQ outside, cable with streaming with high speed internet and keyless entry. The mud room has lots of hooks and storage for your ski and snowboard gear and the garage has a ping pong table, ski/snowboard racks, 1 set of adult golf clubs, 2 sets of junior golf clubs, basketball, frisbee, tennis racquets and balls, football and corn hole game. For infants we have 2 high chairs, 2 pack and plays and a baby gate for the stairs. For pets we have dog crates, beds and food bowls. We have parking for 5 vehicles at the house and there is overflow parking at the tennis courts. There is an also a car charging station at the tennis courts. The house Sleeps 10 comfortably. 1-king bed, 2-queens , 2-fulls, 1-twin, 1-queen pull out couch and 1- full size pull out couch. All beds have 4 pillows. Please note that this is a nonsmoking home only.

Great mid-valley location. Only 30 minutes to Aspen, Snowmass, Buttermilk, and Aspen Highlands Ski Areas. Only 20 min to Glenwood Hot Springs. A bus stop is only steps away if you would rather not drive. Come see what the roaring fork valley has to offer or simply stay and play here! This location is truly a hidden gem with a beautiful golf course, tennis/basketball courts, miles of open space to explore and some of the best private fly fishing in the area with 2 miles of Roaring Fork river frontage, 4-1/2 miles of streams and 8 ponds. We have the maximum allowance of 2 guest fishing badges. This means that only 2 people can fish at one time. All fishing is catch and release fly fishing only except for 1 pond that is for children 12 and under. Children may use a spinning lure in this pond. Let us know if you will be fishing and we can send some more information. Also, you can scan the QR code on the back of the fishing badge and we have additional instructions printed at the house. Additional golf clubs can be rented at the clubhouse for $12.
