Museddu Beach First floor in residence with swimming pool

Museddu Beach Residence owes its name to its proximity to the 'Museddu' beach which is only 700 meters away. The structure consists of 12 apartments, 4 of which are on the first floor and 8 on the ground floor. Large green spaces surround the residence which boasts the following services that can be used by both internal and external guests:

Restaurant, bar and swimming pool with solarium.

The approximately 50m2 apartments have a living room with kitchen, where a sofa bed can be used if desired, a double bedroom and a bathroom. All the apartments have a terrace where you can eat outdoor and offer guests the comforts and services necessary for an optimal stay.

Each apartment is equipped with:

TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and hairdryer.

Changes of laundry during the stay are not included

N.B.

Will be allowed max 2 small dogs per booking 50€ per dog

Tourist tax will be paid during check-in procedures

The pool will be open from 1/05 to 30/09

-Change of linen on request 15€

-Room cleaning during stay on request 30€

It is forbidden: to leave the kitchen and its dirty equipment upon departure, to leave waste upon departure.

It is mandatory: perform separate collection according to municipal provisions, observe the rules of good coexistence with the neighborhood

On request for groups of at least 8 persons: half-board at a cost of 35€ adults 20€ children per person.
