1 star for the hotel!!
I can’t understand why I was charged for the deposit if I even didn’t appear in the hotel???

Good afternoon, If you read the policy on this platform you will see that it is a 48hr cancelation policy and regardless if you show up or not, we charge your card and put thru a preauthorization that has been released. Giving a 1 star review when you never even showed up is really unfortunate and unfair. Have a nice day
