Just over a mile away, you’ll find the historic 14th-century Devil’s Bridge spanning the River Lune, as well as the breathtaking Ruskin’s View, a spot famously painted by artist J.M.W. Turner. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the variety of riverside paths and scenic country walks nearby. The traditional market in Kirkby Lonsdale livens up the town square every Thursday, offering fresh local produce and unique handmade items, alongside a selection of independent shops, friendly pubs, and cosy cafés. Farleton Knott and Dalton Craggs are both beautiful hiking areas within 6 miles of this retreat.


Inside, the pod offers a beautifully crafted, open-plan layout that blends modern convenience with rustic charm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests, this is the perfect retreat for couples, families, or close friends. Chill out on the comfortable sofa and switch on the TV for movie nights. A fully equipped kitchen area is a simple and stylish space for prepping and cooking big breakfasts or evening meals. Towards the back of the pod, a lovely double bed promises restful nights, while the sofa easily converts into a bed to accommodate two additional guests. Tucked just off the main living area, the shower room with WC ensures you'll have all the comforts of home throughout your stay.


On warm days, open up the French doors and head outside to the picnic bench to enjoy relaxed meals surrounded by fresh air and tranquillity. If you prefer to bring your own BBQ, there’s a convenient brick base ready for use. On-site parking is available for up to two vehicles.
