In a strategic favourable position at the outskirts of Carovigno this apartment is the ideal starting point for your trips to the nearby beaches and your outings to interesting sights in Puglia.

The modern and comfortable apartment ( 120 square meters) offers place for four persons. There are two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a spacious room for eating and living. There is a new fitted kitchen,a cushy sofa corner with open chimney. Satellite –TV (english programms) and electric roller shutters as well as a door intercom system round out the modern equipment. If needed a free telephone flatrate to Germany is at your disposal.

Outside the apartment there is a big and a small terrace. The smaller one is hidden from view and has sun all day. It is equipped with rattan furnitures and loungers. On the big terrace you find a barbecue and outdoor furniture.

Supermarkets for your daily shoping are round the corner and fruit and vegetable stalls are 2 minutes away fom your house. Many small restaurants in Carovigno invite you to experience the famous apulian meals and wines.

The apartment was completely restored in 2012 and has a modern gas heating.

Carovigno can be reached by the airports in Bari (60 miles) and Brindisi( 15 miles).People who can without car can arrive by train at the Carovigno railway station 2 miles outside the town. A bus takes you to town.

We had a decent visit for 19 days, kitchen was well supplied and Andreas was extremely kind and helpful. Beds were ok, and we had towels supplied, not one of them matching or new. I would not list this locatio as modern, and not near the sea.

2nd Flr apartment with air conditioning in the two bedrooms as well as the kitchen/diner. Large roof top patio with space for washing and dining. Second smaller secluded patio useful for shade from afternoon sun. Essential shops within a couple of minutes walk. Ten minute up hill walk to pedestrianised centre of the town with several choices of restaurants including a 1 Michelin star.

Comodità e pulizia!

Appartamento davvero pulitissimo e con tutti i comfort necessari. Bellissima anche la terrazza. Zona centrale (a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro), comodissimo a supermercato, panifici, pasticcerie e bar. A 10 minuti dalla bellissima spiaggia di Pantanagianni e dal centro di Ostuni. Unico neo il rumore al mattino presto di auto.. Risolvibile chiudendo le finestre! Non adatto a persone con difficoltà motorie perché al secondo piano. Noi siamo stati bene!

You will be happy you picked this property.

Beautiful property with two outdoor areas. Very comfortable and clean. Great location within Carovigno and central all that Puglia has to offer. Close to markets, bakery, butcher, wine store! But the best thing about the property is the wonderful owners who ensure that your stay is perfect, even bringing a welcome basket and homemade olive oil! Easy walking distance to town center with restaurants, cafes, and bars where people congregrate to laugh, dance, and have fun.

Bellissimo appartamente

Abbiamo trascorso 3 settimane in questo appartamento. La posizione è molto buona ed il parcheggio facilissimo. L'appartamento in se è molto spazioso e ben fornito. C'è tutto quello che possa servire. Very comfortable apartment

The Staudte family were very kind and generous hosts and we received a very warm welcome from them. The apartment is situated on the edge of the town and within easy walking distance to an amazing bakery, fresh pasta shop, small supermarket, fruit and vegetable stalls and butchers - so everything you might need. The apartment is well furnished, extremely clean and very well equipped with crockery and kitchen items. We made good use of the BBQ on the huge terrace, which had a very useful sun blind. We also used the smaller terrace at the back for breakfast, drinks or just for a different view. Parking was free, in the street just outside the apartment. The town makes a great base for touring around the area. The coastline is beautiful, quite stunning in places. Lots of towns to visit besides the obvious ones of Ostuni and Alberobello. Would we stay here again - absolutely! Thank you Andreas, Pasqua, Tobias and Teresa - it was lovely to meet you all.

Der Urlaub in Carovigno war sehr schön. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt für Ausflüge und Strandbesuche.

Die Stadtwohnung in Carovigno hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles was man benötigt findet man in nächster Nähe (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Gemüsestand, Bäckerei). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es wurde öfters nachgefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen und alles in Ordnung ist. Weiter wurden uns tolle Tipps für Strände und Restaurants gegeben. Die Wohnung mit ihrer schönen Dachterrasse ist sauber und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ankommen und wie zu Hause fühlen

Wir haben 12 wunderschöne Tage in der perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Eine ganz tolle Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Ausstattung ist top, alles ist mehrfach vorhanden, nicht nur 6 Teller, Messer ect. Auch die Küchengeräte sind vielfältig da. Von dort aus haben wir super Strände erkundet und tolle Städtetouren gemacht. Die Vermieterfamilie ist einzigartig, sehr gastfreundlich und haben uns sehr viel nützliche Tipps gegeben. Außerdem waren sie sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns vor Ort bei Behörden unterstützt und uns begleitet. Soviel Gastfreundschaft haben wir bisher nicht erlebt. Molto bello

Abbiamo soggiornato a Carovigno dal 16 al 30 giugno 2018 con i nostri figli adolescenti. L'appartamento è bello, grande ed attrezzato di tutto. Dotato di lavastoviglie, lavatrice e due bagni (uno con doccia e l'altro solo con servizio) è stato più che adeguato per soddisfare le nostre esigenze ed i tempi di ognuno. Abbiamo particolarmente gradito la pulizia, la disponibilità e la gentilezza dei proprietari. L'appartamento è situato all'entrata del paese ma nelle vicinanze di negozi di alimentari e non. Visitate il paese e vivete la quotidianità per posto perché ne vale la pena! Indispensabile l'auto per raggiungere le belle spiagge presenti lungo la costa. Se siete di lingua italiana ricordatevi di chiedere come vedere i canali TV italiani (la tele è principalmente impostata su canali di lingua tedesca). Grazie mille Andreas per la gentile accoglienza ed ospitalità.

Entspannte und erholsame Wochen

Wir haben 12 Tage in der schönen Wohnung Urlaub gemacht. Sie ist vollständig und modern eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. Der Empfang und die Betreuung waren sehr persönlich und hilfreich. Wir haben viele interessante Touren in die Umgebung gemacht, auch mit den schon etwas älteren Fahrrädern. Die Strände am Torre Guaceto haben uns besonders gefallen.

Danke für den bezaubernden Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind vorab sehr gastfreundlich betreut und vor Ort Empfangen worden. Familie Staudte stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das wichtigste Kriterium für mich allerdings war die Sauberkeit. Es war alles tadellos gespflegt und instand. Daran könnten sich einige Hotels ein Vorbild daran nehmen. Man hat alles was man braucht vor Ort, von der Waschmaschine bis zum Grill. Top. Ich kann es nur jedem Empfehlen. Der Besuch ist sein Geld wert. Wer also einen Platz an der Sonne mit wunderschöner malerischer Kulisse zum relaxen sucht, ist Goldrichtig. Aber auch Kultur begeisterte werden voll auf Ihre kosten kommen. Die Wohnung entsprach den online erwartungen und hat unsere eigenen Erwartungungen übertroffen. Vielen Dank an Familie Staudte : ) Es war für uns ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Lovely place!

Lovely, clean and cosy apartment. Fully equipped in a good location with a big terrace, two balconies and even a fire place. There's a supermarket just around the corner and the beach can be reached in approx 10 min by car. The owners were very helpful and friendly.
