House a few minutes from the sea equipped with a beautiful and spacious little terrace where you can relax after spending a day at the seaside. The house consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, equipped kitchen and terrace, located on the first floor. In the bedroom there is a double bed. It is possible to reach the beaches on foot and the centre of Santa Sabina is just a few steps away. The house is air-conditioned; from 1st October to 30th April there is a heating supplement of €15 per day. High-speed WiFi is available.
