Apartment 'Il Belvedere' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The flat, with its own porched entrance, equipped with outdoor furniture, is located on the first floor and is divided internally into two levels. It offers a loggia with a view of the greenery, which is furnished with a small table and chairs. On the ground floor there is an additional covered seating area with table and comfortable chairs and a large barbecue.

It offers A/C in some areas.



The pool (saltwater pool) is open from early May to late October. Opening periods may change depending on weather.

Shared laundry area (available at an additional cost).

An additional change of towels and bedlinen can be provided for an extra fee.

A max. number of 1 pet is allowed (fees apply).

Agriturismo Podere Campiglia is located at halfway between the cities of Florence, Arezzo and Siena, in the nature reserve of the ‘Balze del Valdarno’.

The old stone house was built in the traditional Italian style and used to be a farmhouse. The renovation and conversion into a house with holiday flats was carried out with taste and care.

The charm of the building is completed by the outdoor area: you will find a large lawn under olive trees, flower beds and a beautiful saltwater pool with a panoramic terrace to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking view.

A covered outdoor area, which is the meeting point for the residents of all the flats, is equipped with a large wooden table and benches, a barbecue and a pizza oven.

Table football and a table tennis table are available if you are looking for more action.

The surrounding area consists of six hectares of land where you can walk and enjoy the beauty of nature, the olive trees and the vineyard. We produce grapes for Chianti wine and olives for extra virgin olive oil. You can taste and buy our extra virgin olive oil at the reception.

Agriturismo Podere Campiglia was founded by Elisa and Nazario and has been run with great warmth and hospitality for many years.

When we were guests for the first time, we fell in love with this place.
