Villa Oasi dei Trulli is a complex of 4 independent holiday homes, located in the Apulian countryside near Castellana Grotte, in the Itria Valley.

This property offers the opportunity to live the extraordinary experience of sleeping in “trulli”, surrounded by a fenced garden with olive trees and lawn, in a context of absolute privacy and exclusivity.

Among the outdoor spaces you will find a private pool (10 x 5.5 m, depth from 10 cm to 180 cm), open from May to October, and equipped with parasols, sun loungers, external shower and toilet. Near the pool there is a laundry area (with washing machine, iron and ironing board), a lounge area with sofa, and a gazebo with a large dining table for 20 people, ideal for alfresco meals.

Lastly, at guests' disposal also a large brick barbecue, and 5 covered parking spaces.



Internal Description



Villa Oasi dei Trulli is made up of 4 independent holiday homes, each with a private entrance, Internet Wifi, air conditioning, mosquito nets on the windows, and an outdoor patio with dining table and chairs. The entire property can accommodate up to 14 people, has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Each house is set on one single level (ground floor) and is furnished with period furniture, local craftsmanship and fine hand-embroidered linen.

Small and medium-sized pets are allowed (maximum 1) at an extra cost. 1 baby cot, 2 high chairs and 2 camping beds are available on request.



In detail, the houses are divided as follows:



- House 1 (35 m2): delightful stone house, ideal for 2 people and consisting of a living area (with table and tv), an equipped kitchen (with electric oven and dishwasher), 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.



- House 2 (65 m2): spacious trullo for 5 people, made up of a living room (with tv and fireplace), an equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom (a double bed + a single bed) and 2 bathrooms with shower.



- House 3 (65 m2): cozy stone house for 4 people, composed by a living area (with tv, dining table and sofa), an equipped kitchen (with microwave, electric oven, dishwasher and refrigerator), 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower.



- House 4 (60 sqm): elegant trullo for 4 people, consisting of a large living area (with fireplace, tv, dining table), an equipped kitchen (with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator), 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Internet Wifi; utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); private covered parking; courtesy set; special welcome gift (small shopping of food, drinks and detergents); bathroom, kitchen and bed linen; dishes and cookware; final cleaning and for stays longer than 7 nights additional cleaning and change of linen; use of the swimming pool; daily cleaning of outdoor areas and swimming pool.



Excluded from the price: Heating if used (400.00€ per week); extra linen on request (150.00€); extra cleaning with change of linen on request (300.00€); small/medium-sized pets are allowed on request (maximum 1 pet - 50.00€ per week). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: A credit card is required at check-in.
