La casa è spaziosa e ben posizionata rispetto ai servizi locali e in zona abbastanza tranquilla. Ma abbiamo riscontrato scarsa pulizia iniziale, scarichi lavello, lavastoviglie e vasca intasati, tavolo, frigorifero,caffettiera e pattumiere ancora sporchi dai precedenti utenti. La piscina manca di molte piastrelle (fondo e gradini accesso) .... L'acqua è sempre stata molto torbida, manutenzione venuta solo dopo 10giorni. Troppo cara per quello che offre

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir konnten eine Woche Urlaub in diesem Haus genießen. Es war sehr schön. Direkt gegenüber befinden sich mehrere Mehrparteienhäuser mit Gemeinschaftspool, man sollte also mit Publikum beim Schwimmen rechnen. Uns hat es nicht gestört.

Wir waren eine Woche Gast in diesem schönen Haus ,das wichtigste es war sauber. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer top wäre toll auch in den Schlafräumen anstatt die Deckenventilatoren diese waren aber dennoch ok . Spülmaschine Waschmaschine top . Geschirr Bestecke ok , Außendusche klasse . Pool einfach toll Abends mit Beleuchtung könnte hier und da an manches stellen am Mosaik repariert werden, ansonsten Pool Service top , Schlüsselübergabe sehr gut total nett . Probleme werden umgehend gelöst sehr gut

Duschentüren konnten nicht ganz geschlossen werden .In beiden Badezimmer.Liegestühle dürften ausgewechselt werden.Pool wurde nie gereinigt.Zum Haus reinigen ein alter Besen.

Woning toch wat ver van centrum om te voet te doen, fiets aan te raden. Woning is wat verouderd: tegels rond zwembad los alsook enkele mozaïek steentjes in zwembad zelf, buitendouche niet proper. Licht in zwembad werkte niet. Douches binnen ook verouderd, airco boven zou meerwaarde zijn. Zwembad na enkele dagen vervuild, langsgeweest in kantoor en werd direct verholpen. Prijs/kwaliteit: te duur

belle villa spacieuse nettoyage précédent le séjour laisse à désirer villa loin du port, pas de climatisation dans la chambre à l'étage qui est une vraie fournaise beaucoup de moustiques cette année carrelages glissants pas assez de vaisselle

Wir haben das Haus zum zweiten Mal gebucht. Das einzig ärgerliche dieses Mal war, dass es keinen Staubsauger im Haus gab. Ansonsten ist das Haus Top gerade für Eltern mit Kindern, die sich gern im Pool vergnügen.

Superbes vacances

Un très beau séjour dans cette maison, spacieuse à souhait pour une famille de 5. Très bien équipée, propre, conforme à la description. La piscine est super, grande et bien entretenue. Un seul petit bémol pas de climatisation et pas de rideau ou volet dans le séjour pour pouvoir atténuer la chaleur dans la maison. Si ce n'est cela, top !!!

Nach Ankunft in Empuriabrava bekamen wir sofort den Schlüssel fürs Haus. Die Sonne Spaniens lachte. Kleine unwesentliche Mängel wurden sofort behoben. Es gibt keinen Anlass zur Klage, toller Service vor Ort, für uns zur vollsten Zufriedenheit und ein ganz toller Urlaub. Danke Interhome. Wir werden Sie weiter empfehlen. Viele Grüße Frank und Gattin

sauberers Haus - mit eigenem Pool

Für 14 Tage haben wir zu dritt das Haus bewohnt, da wir wert auf ausreichend Zimmer und Bäder gelegt haben. Wir haben ein sauberes Haus vorgefunden, das zweckmäßig eingerichtet ist. KeinWlan/kein Internet Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer vorhanden, aber wohl nur für die Eigentümer nutzbar. In einem der Zimmer waren die Matratzen zu kurz und das Bett hat bei jedem umdrehen gequitscht. Alter Ferneseher-könnte mal durch einen Flachbildschirm ersetzt werden 2xpro Woche kam jemand für die Pflege der Aussenanlage ( Pool ). Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse an einem Kanalarm. Auf der anderen Seite des Kanals ein Mehrfamilienahaus mit eigenem Pool, der sehr stark belebt war. Erholung hatten wir leider nicht, da das direkte Nachbarhaus einen Pool gebaut bekam. Lärm ab Morgens 7 Uhr, hat die Erholung sehr beeinträchtigt ( Kreissäge! ) 2 KM bis Strand und Ort, man benötigt ein Fahrrad oder das Auto.
