Très bel appartement, très propre, bien équipé, magnifique vue, correspond parfaitement aux photos, excellente communication avec l’agence, facilités de parking (début octobre) environnement agréable et calme. Idéal pour deux.

L’immeuble est idéalement situé face à la plage, avec restaurants et commerces à proximité, pas besoin de prendre sa voiture chaque jour. Très belle terrasse, à l’ombre toute la journée, donc pas trop chaud Appartement très bien rénové, très bien conçu, il manque juste un peu d’accessoires culinaires pour être parfait Nous relouerons avec WELCS avec grand plaisir
